heh, you noticed that too eh? (I'm from Washtucna, but I can't say that the sign represents us all).

Thanks for your comment. I find signs, like the one in the field outside of Washtucna, interesting both for what they say and how they say it, especially when framed by the landscape. I agree that the sign surely doesn't represent the politics of everyone in Washtucna, and I identified the sign with Washtucna as a way of 'placing' it on the landscape.
